What is the origin of juane, the typical dish of the jungle?
Juane is one of the main typical dishes of our country and a
standard bearer of the gastronomy of the Peruvian jungle, consumed and
presented more frequently during the Patronal Festival of San Juan, which is
celebrated on June 24 of each year. However, this exquisite dish is ideal for
any time of the year. Learn a little more about this jungle delicacy, but how many different kinds of Juane are there?
MY EATING HABITS
Hi! I'm Diego. I´m from Perú. In the morning I have my tea with toasted breads or else my coffe with milk bread carterita.
For lunch, green noodles with broaster chicken plus their freid plantain. It is very delicious.
For dinner, something light to keep eating just, oatmeal with milk and toasted breads.
